Welcome to free internet hotspot Punat!
The municipality of Punat in cooperation with FRISD d.o.o. created project for free wireless internet access in the center of town for all residents and tourists. Hotspot service allows quick and easy connection with your portable device to the Internet. Signal of free wireless internet access is covered over the whole coast in the center of town as shown in the picture below.
Limits set for the system safety:
- Disabled the use of P2P and IM programs (MSN, Skype, ICQ, Yahoo! Messenger ...)
- Disabled access to improper and unwanted web sites
- Limited size of download files via HTTP and FTP to 10 MB
- Limited size of e-mails to 5 MB
